Personal Consultations

These is for people that are wanting to discuss their situation and are looking for feedback about what treatment options they might explore or simply want to understand more about what is happening.

While I am most known for working with men, trauma, and sexual abuse, but I am not limited to that. I adjunct EMDR therapy as well.

Intensives

Five days, two hours a day to work on a specific problem or block. This is a useful tool when someone needs to take a quick deep dive to break through and shift to a new perspective and way of being. 

$2750 for five consecutive days, and two consecutive hours.

Over two weeks, with a weekend break, 10-day Intensives are available.

Who Am I?

Graduate of the two-year San Francisco Gestalt Institute training program and have over twenty years of psychodynamic, Gestalt, and Bioenergetic consultation-training—a three-year Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology with a Transpersonal Specialization from John F. Kennedy University.

Trained in EMDR by its founder, Francine Shapiro, in 1993. I have been an EMDRIA EMDR Consultant for close to two decades. Assisted Dr Leeds in training other therapists, EMDR. It is a powerful tool for healing, especially for pain that feels unhealable.

I have trained in many modalities over the years and continue my training. The psychotherapy field continues to change and evolve, and I grow with it.

I am well-trained, highly intuitive, and compassionate. I know that you can heal from the worst trauma because I did. I know it is healable.

I am in Ventura, CA. I offer teletherapy, but I can do so much more in person.
